Cape Town: Enjoy free same-day delivery for orders placed on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Monday morning.

Nationwide (South Africa): X WOMAN delivers across South Africa using trusted courier services, including Courier Guy, PostNet, and Aramex. Shipping fees are calculated individually at checkout.
    •    Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.
    •    Once we receive your proof of payment, your order will be processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential when purchasing lingerie online.

That’s why we offer a free exchange on bras if the size or model doesn’t fit you. However, we do not accept returns on bottoms for hygiene reasons.
